Welcome to our group website for AP English Literature.
My fellow peers here and I shall be looking over different pieces of literature, mainly driven off of the novel, "Frankenstein" by Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley. We want to create a safe space for ideas and interpretations to foster, and would really value your input. I do understand that this may or may not be your cup of tea or passion you like indulging in, but if you allow yourself the experience of having creative and intellectual discourse, please consider reading our blogs and articles. We do our best to make them fun and entertaining, so it's more than just a literature experience. Comment your thoughts on every post and don't hold back!
These are just a few of the possible pieces of literary works we may connect our analyses with, and we plan on making many more real world connections to whatever we feel like discussing about. We could be talking about things ranging from rap music and video games to puppies and sports, the indulgence is just up to you!
The main theme we will be discussing here is "Loss of innocence." In literature a loss of innocence can be seen in many ways ranging from the literal loss of one's innocence to the figurative meaning of naivete
